Domino & Juliette Shipping Policy

We're not just in the business of selling toys, we're also in the business of delivering joy and satisfaction! That's why we take shipping seriously. Here's what you can expect:

Speedy Delivery:

We know you're excited to get your hands on your new toys, so we'll get them to you as quickly as possible. Our shipping elves work around the clock to make sure your order is processed and shipped out within 24 hours (typically, unless when placed on a weekend). We hope to change this soon, but we currently only ship to US customers in the lower 48 states.

General transit time estimates (excluding Christmas holiday season):

Expedited shipping option: 2-3 business days

Standard shipping option: 3-7 business days

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Orders placed after December 13th are not guaranteed delivery by December 24th.

Free Shipping:

We offer free Standard shipping on orders $100 and up (US orders only).


We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package's journey to your doorstep like a proud parent tracking their kid's first cross-country road trip.

Safe and Secure:

We take care to package your toys with the utmost care, so they arrive at your door in pristine condition. 

Easy Returns:

If for any reason you need to return an item, just follow our simple return policy (see below). We promise not to hold it against you.

Domino & Juliette Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Domino & Juliette. But, we get it. Sometimes things don't work out and that’s ok. Here's the skinny on our return policy:


Your item(s) must be in tip-top shape, just like they were when they left our warehouse. Unfortunately, we don’t accept any used or damaged goods.


You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your goodies. Anything beyond 60 days, and we'll just assume you're madly in love with your purchase.


If your return meets the eligibility requirements above, we'll issue you a full refund (minus any shipping costs) in the same way you paid for it.

Shipping Costs:

You'll have to cover the cost of shipping the return to us. Sorry, we can't afford a private jet... yet.


If you need a item altogether, simply return the original and place a new order. 

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please let us know right away. We'll make it right, pronto!

Gift Returns:

Sometimes we get gifts we just don’t need or want (we can think of a few of those from our lives, are-we-right?). We can offer a refund ONLY to the original purchaser or offer an exchange if you ship us back what you’d like to exchange.
