Our toys are made of a variety of materials, including plastic, wood, and fabric. We use non-toxic materials and paints to ensure the safety of our products.

D&J toys are extremely safe, and we take pride in complying with U.S., E.U., and various other international safety regulations. One of Domino & Juliette’s founding pillars is exceptional product safety and we’ve committed ourselves to this principle from the moment we designed our first toy.

At D&J we test our toys before, during and after production, as well as prior to placing them in market. We test the materials including the paints and coatings to ensure we meet and exceed government requirements that limit heavy metals, phthalates, and lead in children’s products. 

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, among others.

Domino & Juliette collects and remits sales tax on purchases made on this site as required by applicable state law. If you live in a jurisdiction where Domino & Juliette does not collect sales tax, you may be obligated to self-report and pay use tax on your purchases from this site.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

Domino & Juliette ensures that this product is free from significant faults in materials and craftsmanship, barring the exceptions highlighted below. This warranty is exclusive to the initial end-user buyer and must be claimed within 60 days from the date of purchase by the original consumer (with evidence of the purchase date). This warranty is only applicable to the regular and expected use of the product as it was originally received.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused during delivery, insufficient care or disregard, extraordinary use, misuse, mishaps, general wear and tear, aesthetic concerns, damage resulting from natural factors, non-compliance with product instructions, submersion in water (unless specifically designated by us in writing for water use, and then only as indicated), or faulty installation, incorrect assembly, poor storage or product upkeep, inappropriate maintenance, acts of nature (such as fire), or any other factors unrelated to significant defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Additionally, this warranty doesn't cover any indirect or consequential damages. This warranty extends only to the provisions explicitly stated herein, and there are no additional warranties beyond what is expressed in this warranty.
