Purchased the alphabet and number puzzles along with some of the mats. What quality products! Their customer service is also above and beyond.

We are enjoying playing with our alphabet toys, and are learning lots! The one downside is that some of the letters only fit into the puzzle in a specific orientation - for example, the middle of the X is actually not quite the middle, so it doesn't fit if it is upside down, and the C and Z are shaped subtly different on different ends so they only fit in one way. Also the B, D, H, S, and V are really tight and hard to get into the puzzle if you put them in 'upside down', I can't see a difference by eye so it really is just trial and error! It takes me as an adult a minute to figure out which way they go, and is causing some frustration for my daughter. However, we are still enjoying playing with the letters outside of the puzzle!
